Tonight at our weekly meeting we tried Vietnamese wraps (not Korean or Chinese food as usual, but we were told that we will find similar food where we will be staying). Circular rice paper is used as the outer “wrapping” and you pick and choose your filling. I had chicken, vermicelli noodles, pineapple, and picante sauce in mine. Others were more adventurous and tried the homemade peanut sauce, bell peppers, tomatoes, and avocados as filling. Either way, it was a tasty treat!
